Run for the trails ... in every way! We're teaming up with Runners for Public Lands to help protect public lands and expand access to nature for all with a one-month Strava challenge running March 6 to April 4.
Join the Challenge
Public lands are all around us! Log 3 hours of trail running on any public lands – neighborhood parks, community paths, or local trails – and you'll receive a 6-month membership to Runners for Public Lands (compliments of KEEN) and a one-time code for 25% off KEEN trail running shoes.
Sign up here (and tell your friends to join you)!
Without Public Lands, There Is No Trail Running
As a member of Runners for Public Lands (RPL), you'll be part of a growing movement of runners who share an appreciation of the land where they run and are taking steps to protect it. RPL provides educational resources, hosts community events to steward local landscapes, and empowers runners to take action through place-based advocacy campaigns and policy agendas to protect runnable landscapes.
Runners for Public Lands is KEEN's newest community impact partner, and we're supporting RPL with more funding in 2026. Taking action to protect wild places goes way back at KEEN. In 2015, we roadtripped across the country in a bright yellow GMC RV advocating for five new National Monument designations. And we recently joined a coalition advocating for the permanent protection of U.S. National Monuments threatened by destructive resource development.
Run With Us
Last year, we launched our trail running category with our ultra-durable, max-cushioned Seek trail runner, followed by our versatile, any-terrain runner, the Roam. If you live in the Portland area, we hope to see you at one of our group runs (join the KEEN Footwear Strava Club to find out about upcoming events).
Thanks for running for the trails – and public lands – with us!
