Making Waves for Black Swimmers

After decades of segregation and exclusion from public pools and beaches, Outdoor Afro is helping Black swimmers reclaim their legacy in water. Together, we’re on a mission to teach 100,000 Black kids to swim through swimmerships or swim lesson scholarships. Because when kids learn to swim, it opens up the whole world to them. See how we can make a wave together, and meet Bryson, one of the first Outdoor Afro swimmership recipients, who has a special message for anyone who might be too scared to try swimming.
